At Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc., we believe that the future of Black America begins with bold investment in our next generation. Through our flagship initiative—the Noir Black Business Clubs (NoirBBC)—we’re building a nationwide network of youth-focused business, leadership, and economic empowerment clubs serving Black youth ages 9 to 24.
