Become A Mentor
The Noirbbc Clubs Mentors Program is designed to connect Noir Black Business Clubs Members, ages 9–24, with successful Black professionals across a wide range of industries.
Through the Mentor Connect section, members can browse a curated list of mentors and identify professionals based on their field or area of expertise. Once a mentor is selected, members can schedule 30-minute mentorship sessions based on the mentor’s availability.
New mentors are added regularly, so members are encouraged to check the Mentor Connect section often for new opportunities to learn, grow, and expand their professional network.

How It Works
Mentoring Process

members Explore the mentor directory to find professionals by their industry, career path, or area of expertise. member Click on a mentor’s profile to learn more about their background and availability. -
member & mentor Schedule 30-Minute Meeting!
mentor determines a time and communication method via Zoom, phone call, or another platform. -
member & mentor session!
Use your session to ask questions, seek guidance, and gain valuable insight into your field of interest. -
member Sends Thank-You message!
After your meeting, send a follow-up thank-you email to the mentor to show appreciation and continue building the relationship. -
member Keeps Exploring!
You can meet with as many mentors as you’d like, and since new mentors are added regularly, check back often for fresh opportunities to connect and grow.
